Winemaking: Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 12-14 days

The wine Centanni Rosso Umbria IGT has been created to celebrate Ferruccio Lamborghini’s 100th
birthday.

  Italian wine from Abruzzo Brilliant straw yellow. Complex perfume, with hints of green citrus fruits and floral aromas. Elegant and persistent perlage. Elegant, mineral, fresh palate, well-balanced. It matches perfectly well with all kinds of food, in particular with seafood. Good served as aperitif.
