Italian white wine Inzolia from the Sicilian region in Italy. Aroma elegant, with floral notes and white peach characters. In the palate it’s a white wine elegant, velvety excellent length. White wine Inzolia pairs very well with chicken based salads, crab, lobster, salmon and halibut. ABV: 12.5% Serving temperature: 12° - 14°C Area of production: Marsala and Trapani Soil type: Medium compact, limestone-based Planting Density: 3000 plants per hectare Pruning system: Guyot Vinification: Soft pressed with static decantation and fermented at temperatures ranging between 16° and 18°C Storage: 3 months in stainless steel followed by 3 months in bottle.
