The red wine from Alentejo Selected Harvest. This it’s one premium red wine from the Alentejo region in Portugal. At first look we have one fantastic red garnet color. Aroma of berries, notes of cigar and a nice touch of French oak barrels where it aged. In the mouth it shows a marked balance and freshness based on an elegant structure and a long, lingering finish. We recommend that this red wine be consumed at a temperature between 16° to 17°C. Some food ideas: Beef Wellington, Malay lamb korma, Lentils with smoked ham hock, Oxtail stew, Wood-fired leg of lamb, Chilean beef casserole, Rosemary and lemon pork stew, Citrus-rubbed veal chops and mango salsa, Traditional Cornish pasty, etc. ABV: 14.5% Vol. Grapes Varieties: Syrah, Aragonez, Trincadeira and Cabernet Sauvignon Harvest in September with 100% handpicked grapes (manual harvest). Portuguese red wine from the Alentejo region. Wonderful red wine from the Alentejo region at one entry-level price. It’s a unique red wine produced from a blend of premium grapes grown in the Alentejo region, with 100% hand picking grapes in September. Red wine that first present a beautiful garnet red color. In the nose it’s aromatic with notes of red fruits and spice. In mouth it is silky and elegant, smooth and balanced. This daily wine for some it’s known as table red wine but it’s classified as “Vinho Regional Alentejano”. ABV: 13.5% Vol. Grapes varieties: Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah Red wine born in the North Alentejo - Portugal, in a soil Mediterranean of granite origin. The climate is Mediterranean, with a subtle continentality during Spring until Summer. Vinification: Fermentation: In a controlled temperature stainless steel vessels, after pre-fermentation maceration. Maturation: In stainless steel vessels with temperature control. Cons
