In In the soft sands of the plain, the noblest grapes reveal in all splendor, in full bodied gourmet wines.
So you can enjoy them at their fullest we created this this wine from selected varieties. It’s a very special red wine, presented in Bag in Box, to be easier for the consumer or for big parties that want a premium wine, produced only with Syrah grapes from the Setubal Peninsula.

The Grapes

Syrah
Though Syrah is a well-known French grape varietal from the Côtes du Rhône region, it has successfully been diffused to other regions of France and worldwide.
In the Setubal Peninsula, it occupies approximately 300 hectares of vineyards.
The wines from this grape have a rich aroma, a consequence of the different terroirs, climates and winemaker knowledge.
In the Setubal Peninsula region it has found a privileged terroir and climate, for even with the different knowledge of local winemakers, it has produced wines of exceptional quality that have won medals both nationally and internationally.
If there was any doubt in this regard, it was dispelled at the 2008 Vinailes Internacionales competition in France, where a Syrah wine from the Setubal Peninsula competed in a blind tasting of red wines from 36 countries and won the Trophée Vinailes for the best red wine.

BIB or Bag-in-Box
It’s environmentally conscious, good value, stylish, carefully sourced, delicious, and banishes the question: “Is it worth opening a bottle?”
The main advantage to bag-in-a-box packaging is that it prevents oxidation of the wine during dispensing. After opening, wine in a bottle it is oxidized by air in the bottle which has displaced the wine poured; wine in a bag is not touched by air and thus not subject to oxidation until it is dispensed. Cask wine is not subject to cork taint or spoilage due to slow consumption after opening.
Very good solution not only for having it at home but also for restaurants and bars that serve wine by glass.
