Red wine Morellino di Scansano DOCG Riserva

Italian red wine from the Tuscany.

It’s a Reserve DOCG wine with 100% Sangiovese grapes.
Deep garnet hue with orange reflections, aromatic profile of this wine is intense and well expressed, balanced between rich fruity scents (red and black cherry) and the sweet and spicy nuances from the oak.
The wine enters the mouth with decision with a dense plot o tannins, but also a good softness combined with the right acidity.

Long aromatic persistence with flavours of tobacco, coffee and spirituous fruit.

Morellino Riserva for the density of tannins, its alcohol content and the richness of its scents can accompany the most challenging dishes. (seasoned sheep cheeses, pit-seasoned cheeses and game prepared with several recipes: from roast pheasant to wild boar, red meat roastsof the regional traditions.

ABV: 14% vol.

Enjoy it at 18-20°C in medium glasses.

Blonde Belgium Beer Bobeline lager is a refermented bottled 8.5° beer. Although it packs a punch, it goes down well at pre-dinner drinks and can accompany a simple meal. Red wine Toscana IGT Rosso Ciliegiolo Giove

Italian red wine from the Tuscany. It’s a wine with 100% Ciliegiolo wine grapes. Deep ruby red hue with purple reflections. Even if its aromatic profile is at the beginning wrapped in a peculiar peaty note, it is then completely filled with the most appealing red fruit: strawberry, raspberry and, obviously, cherry. In the mouth the wine feels soft and juicy, with an acidity that is perfectly balanced with the global structure and an excellent olfactory and gustative harmony, with a bitterish finish. Due to its evident aromatic character and its structure, the Ciliegiolo matches easily with different sort of dishes, provided they are rich in scents and not excessively fat, as aromatic cold cuts (e.g. finocchiona), pastas with meat sauces, medium old cheeses and stewed red meats.
