  Red wine from Apulia Red wine with intense ruby red color with violet reflections. In the nose is intense, fruity (red fruits). A full-bodied red wine, soft, quite tannic and harmonious.  One red ready to drink. It pares well with savory cold cuts, red meats cooked in irons, game, smoked cheeses and herbed cheese. It is also well paired with seafood dishes that are particularly savory, such as swordfish with rosemary. Serving Temperature: 16 - 18°C  Variety: Primitivo 100% Production Area: Salento, Puglia. Vineyards: The area of Puglia offers the perfect environment for ripening grapes as well as olive trees and wheat fields that coexist with vineyards in this agricultural center.   Italian wine from Abruzzo Brilliant straw yellow. Complex perfume, with hints of green citrus fruits and floral aromas. Elegant and persistent perlage. Elegant, mineral, fresh palate, well-balanced. It matches perfectly well with all kinds of food, in particular with seafood. Good served as aperitif. Production Area: Abruzzo Vineyards: The grapes are grown in the oldest vineyards in central Abruzzo. Vines are 20-30 years old on average and they are trained following the Pergola Abruzzese system. Vinification: The grapes, from the oldest vineyards, are hand-picked at their ripeness. After a careful selection, the berries are crushed and de-stemmed. Skin-contact for a short cold maceration.   Italian Red Wine from  Apulia Wine with ruby red color with purple hues. In the nose is one red wine intense, vinous, spicy and fruity, with notes of black berries (black currants and berries). A medium-bodied red wine, velvety, very good balance between freshness and warm feelings, long-lasting and savory aftertaste. For its pleasant structure and intense aromaticity, the Negroamaro pairs ideally with typical Puglian dishes, orecchiette with broccoli rabe and goat cheese.
